Teacher Training hooping workshop

This workshop will take place in

St. Peter's Church Community Hall,

Laleham Road,

Staines, Middlesex,

TW18 2DX

Only 15 participants per class !!!

Workshop content

1. How to teach basic hooping skills:

- How to start and get the hoop going for extended period of time,

- Different ways of controlling and mastering of the hoop.

2. How to teach hoop tricks:

- Chest and shoulder hooping,

- Off body hooping.

3. How to teach elementary routines

of Hulaerobics:

- Hula hooping and aerobics fusion.

4. Basics of Hoop Dance

The workshops will be run by Pavitri from the Hoop Dance Co.

She has performed at Move it 2008, held Hooping classes at Move it 2009 & 2010,

The Diet & Fitness Show 2010, The Vitality Show 2010,

Fitpro '08, "Under One Sky" & "Waltham Forest Big Day" Festivals.

Pavitri led a workshop for DANONE during

the Primary Care Conference in Birmingham in 2008 & 2009,

as well as ran a series of workshops for Southwark Council - London.

She holds her regular weekly classes in Staines, Middlesex.
