Can I rely on the Website being up to date?
The Hoop Dance Co endeavors to keep a full selection of all stock, but cannot guarantee to have your preferred item available immediately. Should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable we will advise you and may recommend an alternative.

Do you give discounts?
Yes, we give discounts for orders of 10 or more hoops.

Will you post to the EU?
Yes, we post to the EU, Norway and Switzerland. Due to the size of the hoops and the cost of postage you might want to consider the purchase of a detachable hoop. Also, we reserve the right to cancel an order placed outside the UK if the size of the package becomes to big to be able to post it. In such situation we will contact the customer and discuss the situation looking for the best solution.
Do you Gift Wrap hoops?
Yes, there is an extra charge of £5.00 GBP for gift wrapping each hoop. This service consists of hoops being wrapped in gift paper with a message of your choice being added to the gift before it is placed in large postal bag with the delivery address of your choice. The invoice is sent separately, to the address you have specified for it.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes. If you wish to pay via cheque, this should be made payable to 'The Hoop Dance Co'. Please send your cheque to 24 Wavendene Avenue, Egham TW20 8JY, UK.
How can I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us, and have your order details ready to tell us.
If the order has not yet been shipped and you have already made payment, we will refund you the purchase price.
If the order has been shipped then you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and cost within 14 days of delivery, and we will credit your account with the price of the unwanted product. A handling charge may be levied. We will not refund the postage costs.
Every order we process is delivered by external couriers. We dispatch the vast majority of orders within 5 days of receiving full payment and delivery usually takes no longer than 5 working days once dispatched. However these are just guidelines of usual practice. There are occasions when errors or late deliveries occur which we cannot prevent but in the event of this please contact us and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified in your order, so it is important that this address is accurately stated when the order is placed. Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded.
Deliveries can take place any time on your delivery date between 08.00am - 9.00pm. We are unable to provide times for delivery as courier routes can change frequently throughout the day depending on traffic and other unforeseen events.
Acknowledgement and acceptance of your order
You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and telephone number. We will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Cancellation rights under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ mean that you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your goods (with the exception of any made-to-order items).
