The Hoop Dance Company exists to share our passion for hooping. We enthusiastically promote the fun and happiness of hula hooping, as a way to a enhance lives in a creative, and healthy way. Hula hooping is a practice that can be adapted to suit any age group or body shape. We organise and teach Hoop Dance, Hula Aerobics & Hula Hooping events, in the UK and EU
