Workshop content

1. Basic Hooping skills:

- How to start and get the hoop going for extended period of time,

- Different ways of controlling and mastering of the hoop.

2. Hoop tricks:

 - Chest and shoulder hooping,

 - Off body hooping.

3. Hulaerobics:

- Hula hooping and aerobics fusion.

4. Basics of Hoop Dance

The workshop will be run by Pavitri Wypior from The Hoop Dance Co.

She has performed at Move it '08, held Hooping classes at Move it '09,

Fitpro '08, "Under One Sky" & "Waltham Forest Big Day" Festivals.

Pavitri led workshops for DANONE during the Primary Care Conference

in Birmingham in 2008 & 2009, as well as ran a series of workshops for Southwark Council - London. She taught numerous other locations across the country.

She holds her regular weekly classes in Staines, Middlesex.

Children (6 - 11 years old) - £5
Adults - £12

Refunds & cancellations:

100% of the payment is a non-refundable deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop within 10 days of its commencement were less then 5 people have booked.

In such a case a full refund of the workshop fee will be issued.
